I just had the best cake ever for my birthday!I was looking for a cake at the last minute, and we found Zu through google maps. She didn't have much ready to sell off the shelf but she offered to prepare a cake with the things that she had in the fridge, and it was amazing! Everyone was really impressed, thank you Zu! Kept walking past on my way back from work. Stopped a first time for a meringue lemon tart and it was delicious! Stopped a second time for the exact same product, as well as a chocolate bar. Still delicious! I will definitely stop again and try more of the beautiful treats that are made there.

I came across this delightful shop on Nicholson St Brunswick East a few months ago.On that day I sampled Zu’s Burnt Basque Cheesecake and from that moment I was hooked. It is now my go to place when I want to take something special when visiting friends or have the urge for something special at home. Zu is the most wonderful person and truly creative spirit. I don’t usually write reviews but everyone needs to know about this business. Today I tried the Orange cake and I rate that highly. I was wondering what all the hype is around Dubai chocolate which is trending with all the cool kids atm … yep another thumbs up from me.. what comes out of Zu’’s kitchen is nothing short of magnificent. If you’re looking for a slice of something or the whole deal, chocolates that look too good to eat until you taste them and realise they’re even better than they look, you’ll find something that makes your heart sing.
I can’t not say enough good things about zulicious !! I got zu to make our wedding cake for my wedding on short notice, not only it was stunning and delicious, zu went out of her way to deliver it assembled all the petals and butterflies and all the trimmings at the venue !! not to mention her chocolate work is not only stunning it’s the best chocolate I’ve ever tasted , google doesn’t have enough stars for this extraordinary chocolatier ,it should be 10 stars not exaggerating!! Zu is one of the sweetest shop owners I’ve ever come across. She helped me pick out chocolates for my brother for his birthday, I explained I wanted something extra special as he had given up alcohol recently, she was so generous to throw a little gift from herself and express how proud I should be if him. Then she let me try one of her chocolates - by far the best chocolate I have ever had. Exquisite. Please support this business, she deserves the very best for what she’s putting out there!

We bought a Burnt Basque Cheesecake and some Dark Chocolate Rocky Road at the grand opening. The cake was unbelievably creamy and tasty, and the rocky road was some of the best I've ever tasted. Highly recommended!
